Phil Matibe was born in Zimbabwe and is an agriculturalist. He writes African folktales, and is a helicopter pilot, coffee roaster and agro-business entrepreneur. He is a member of the Royal Agricultural Society, Indian Association of Agricultural Professionals and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements. Philemon was educated in Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and South Africa; he has two beautiful children and lives in exile in the United States.
W. F. Aspenwall is an author, amateur historian, and part-time philosopher. He enjoys sharing his thoughts and adventures with various cultures through his prose. "Y" is Aspenwall's collaborative publication with Jack Adler, and Aspenwall is thrilled that Jack's story can be shared with the world, passing along his important message to make our world a better place.
Jack Adler was born in Pabianice, Poland on February 1, 1929. His life changed abruptly when in September, 1939 the Nazis marched into his hometown and in the years to follow murdered his entire immediate family. One of less than two hundred thousand survivors alive at the time of this publication, Jack's words have reached over a million listeners as he travels and speaks through America and recently across the globe. He shares his story with students of all ages, churches, military groups, and any other organization that will hear his message. He currently resides in Colorado and is a proud father and grandfather of his Miracle Family.
Brian Wood teaches math and coaches basketball at a high school in Colorado. Jed Q. Peterson is currently an Associate Professor of History at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Jed finds travel irresistible and has lived in or spent time on five different continents. He loves all types of literature and enjoys reading good books as much as writing his own pieces. He has tried to live the life less journeyed and brings many of his unique experiences into his writing. Jed lives in Cedar Rapids with his wife Wendi, their five children and their betta fish, P.J.
Jaren Riley was born in Gunnison, Colorado, but calls the Rocky Mountains home. If he isn’t in the operating room as a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon in Denver, you’ll find him climbing, fly fishing, or playing volleyball with his family. Jaren married Jessie Lynn after a lengthy courtship of three months, and they are the proud parents of Aspen, Porter, and Brody.

Frank LaVoie lives in the Denver metro area. A fan of science-fiction since he was a child, he has developed his love and study of the genre into a passion for writing short stores and novels. A travel nut, Frank incorporates the beautiful landscapes he has seen all over the world into his writing. He lives at home with his girlfriend, Valerie, his German Shepherd Atreyu, and his Bernese Mountain Dog Nami (Namaste). Firesoul, his first novel in the fantasy series, Empires of Magic, is his first full length book.
